Hey guys! Worried.....

Hey guys, for those of you who have herd of my story before, you will probably remember me as a the fat little kid with no knowledge =(
Unofortunately to say, I still am that.
Lets break this down =) 58 Days ago, I was 5'8, 188 lbs. 16 yrs old.
Now, I am 165 ( Scale says 160 but I dont trust it.) I have not gained any muscle, though I have increased a LITTLE on one type of core lift ( I usually do Power Clean, Bench, Push Press, Squat, and some complementries for super setting.)
I run every day, lift every other, and also Mountain Bike. My running usually is at a 10min / mile or so pace for 2.5 miles.
My diet usually is:
Breakfast: Special K Cereal
Snack1: Half a Tuna/Turket sandwhich / Apple
Lunch: Other Half / Apple
Snack2: 2 Peices of break ( 1 with peanut butter on it )
Dinner: Brown Rice / Grlled Chicken Breast / Veges
Before I go to sleep: 3 Egg Whites

They vary, and I usually try a sample of my parents food. Now, my parents have been on my case forever, they keep on saying I'm losing weight too fast, and I will get sick. Now I dont know if it is the affect of my parents words, but Im getting worried =( I dont know if if increase my food intake, if Ill get fat again, and if I am losing muscle, because my friends have same weight class as me and are gaining strengh while im stil the same. I am worried for myself now also because I dont want to get sick, as my teacher says if I lost weight too fast I lose muscle tissue, including the ones in my intestine. Does anyone have any advice? I really would love some.

Thanks any sorry for the long arse essay!

Is it possible to lose intestinal smooth muscle? I do not believe this is true.

One comment. You lift every other day as well as perform cardio on the days inbetween. You may want to make sure you are getting enough rest/recovery time. One way to check this is when you workout do you feel energized and fresh? Or are you fatigued/tired? Also, are your weights increasing in the lifts you perform? If week 1 I perform 10 reps of the squat with 135 pounds, but on week 2, I can only do 8 reps of 135, the reason is either 1) overtraining or not enough recovery, or 2) which I doubt is in your case, you are not training enough to produce a response or adaptation within the body.

I run every day, not just in between =) And I am not lifting more. I am able to do more reps, but we just had our 1RM ( 1 Rep Max ) testing, and nothing has increased. I am not overtraining, as I am not tired at all on my lifts, or my running ( of course you get tired, but im not beat, and I have energy before I run ). Thanks for response! I Just hope I can keep losing weight without getting sick.
