Hey guys, I just joined this forum to get a broader understanding of different exercises and workout plans that you guys have. Before getting myself physically active, I was a skinny kid who hated being called skinny. So as any sane person did, I tried working out to get a little more meat on my bones. What resulted was frustration topped with more frustration due to the fact that I was not gaining any muscle. However through trial and error I have figured out which workouts and exercises helped and which ones didn't. Lastly I would love to suggest some of the workouts that I would do and see if I can do anything better. I am super excited to hear from you guys!
