hey guys new to here and just looking for advice

About 4 months ago i was 237 pounds Im 5'9 so was pretty bloated ha , and now at this min im down to 190 pounds , so im just wondering as to the best way to start toning my core up as iv lost alot of fat and want to push on to the next level , so any ideas would be great , esp ones less heard of than say situps and crunches , thanks guys :)
 
First off, welcome to the forums. Secondly, how did you lose that much weight in 4 months?
