Hey guys, i need some feedback

Detox

So i started to exercise for about 2 weeks now and i see very minor changes in my lifestyle as in having more energy and motivation to goto the gym. Well, Im still not sure if my workout plan is cut for me. I want to lose about 20lbs for start but overall is to lose 50-60lbs. I'm 6'0 at 253lbs and 20 years old. The following is my week-week workout plan. Please feel free to comment on it or throw some suggestions. After all, you guys are the pros :smash:

Mon- Arms: Biceps, Tri's, Forearm
AND 30min Cardio on treadmill.

Wed- Chest: Upper, lower, inner
Shoulders: Generally with free weights or machines
AND 30 min Cardio.

Sat- 30 mins Cardio, 30 min bicycle.

and the rest of the days are resting.

Oh, and also, I'm not cautious on what i eat, Im not on a calorie deficit. I don't think i need to be no?

So, anything needed to be changed or improved on?
