Hey! I'm new. I'm Christine, 20, from South Jersey. I have a membership at Future Fitness (GREAT gym if you're in the area). I'm currently 242 pounds, and 5'10. Here are my stats (taken by a registered nurse with top of the line equipment):

Blood Pressure: 122/78
Bicep Strength: 32 pounds
Sit & Reach: 9.3 inches
Skinfolds:
Tricep: 30 mm
Suprailiac: 36 mm
Thigh: 35 mm
Weight: 242
Lean Body Mass: 159.2
Fat Mass: 82.2
Basal Metabolic Rate: 2255
Body Fat: 34.2%

(By the way, these are all taken free every month with my membership).

What kind of plan are you on for eating and exercise? What kind of goals do you have?


Well, I'm on a gluten-free diet (Yay Celiacs. =|), so I can't really do much there, except for cutting out a lot of carbs. I'm doing an hour of weight training then two 30 minute sessions of cardio on two different machines (I try to mix it up). I'm trying to get back down to my crew weight of 180.
 
good luck hun, im new too. i know how hard it can be to admit your weight & face up to weight problems/eating problems etc, but atleast we are doing something about it! dont give up!

Hi Christine! I'd really like to know the details of your workouts, like how often are you weight training etc. Also, if you could provide me a detailed description of what you eat in a day, I could really help you out! Best of luck to you! :)
