Hey yall, my name is Tyler and I'm 24 and very over weight. Like most people on this forum I have gone back and forth and up and down with my weight. Recently though my life has changed. I live with a almost crippling anxiety issue and now that I have that under control and have a wonderful job I think its about time that i take care of my body so I can actually have some fun in my twenties haha.

I suppose yall should know a little something about me, first is that i like to chat alot and tend to go on and on...as I am doing right now lol. I weigh 375 lbs. and am 6'3. I work for a Oil Field service company in Texas. If you haven't gotten it by my name, I work with Radioactive material everyday.

Now, for a question or two. I am not a big fan of gyms. I like to work out at home. Currently I do boxing for my cardio, for a big dude I can actually move pretty quick haha. But I would like to get into running or jogging. But I would like to start in the comfort of my own home. My problem is, every treadmill or ELLIPTICAL machine I have seen have weight limits of like 250 lbs. or so. Even the ones that are 1000 dollars can't support me. What are my options here? (Besides losing 70lbs., that's a given)

I hope to meet some of yall in this topic and look forward to the advice given here and hopefully with a little hard work I can complete the last step in changing my life for good!
