Hey from Australia

Hey I'm Vic (I'm a girl) and I'm 23 years old. A few years ago I was 5"3 and 89 kilos. I'm still 5"3 but I'm down to 58 kilos. I eat clean (most of the time) and I train 6 days a week. 4 days RPM (spin) and 2 days of cardio x weights. I'm reasonably happy with my appearance other than my gut which I can't seem to budge! I have a lot of issues with injuries as I have hypermobile joints as well as flat feet and knock knees. Makes life difficult but I just train the best I can

The fact that you do train, and that you do what you can despite injuries is what counts! I've got my share so I can sympathize :) Keep working, you'll get rid of "the gut"......some areas can be so stubborn! lol
