Hey from Adam!

Hey guys, my name is Adam and I'm from Florida.

I am 20 years old and been overweight for the majority of my life. But, these past couple of months I became extremly motivated, and trying to lose weight (I had some motivation because of some health issues...and well....love), but anyways, I am glad to be here, and hopefully, we will all achieve our goal.

Can't wait to become part of the forum family!

btw, I did the little ticker factory thing....its quite useful

congrads on the 28 weight loss, its not an easy thing, i def hope you achieve your goals, im sure you will. You're right love could do some motivating things to u, 60 % of the people i knew that lost weight had it in some way related to love..... so something about it def works lol

I know how much this forum has meant to me while losing weight. When I started, NO one knew or noticed I was losing weight, I was on my own - this place was like a life line!

It's good to know we can come, keep our keyboard busy instead of nibbling and lose weight along the way.

I agree with M2M, I'm new on here and still trying to figure out how everything works but i love what i have experienced so far and feel very blessed for finding this place.... now as soon as i learn how to use this thing it would be great lol....
