Hey everyone

Hey folks. My name is Dev and Iv joined the forum because Im after info and guidance because I really dont have a clue what Im doing. Im 13stone (UK) and 6" 2'. So im not overweight but seriously unfit. Im just looking to get fit and maybe bulk up a bit and get toned for my wedding next year. Im not a sporty person by any means but will give something a go in order to get fit. Im a maintenance/mechanical engineer and metal fabricator so a bit of muscle mass and strength will be an advantage in terms of my work. Im off the cigarettes for the past 3 months so now is a great time to get in shape. July 1st 2012
 
congrats on quitting smoking. Not an easy task, i'm sure. If you haven't been overly active, make sure you start slowly. Are you thinking of joining a gym? The best way to start is to start a journal and record your basic mieals and exercise routine. We can guide you from there.
