Hey Everyone!

Well me names Ben, I'm 19 years old...

I've always been over weight but over the years its sort of changed from being obese to a little over weight, It's been a constant battle though out my live.

I've always been training in one way or another from going weight training for a few months (stopping) going again a few months later exc,

I've just joined another gym been what 5 times? Never spend less then an hour in the gym, and every time push my body to its limits.

I'm currently working on getting into my dream shape (tyson in his prime), I'm doing the training but need to control my diet... and quit smoking! I'll do it...

Anyway that's me, can't wait to partake in discussion and get involved with discussions,

Welcome to have you aboard! :)
Diet control is a tough one, but you can do it. Start with small changes then make bigger ones later, would be my advice.
