I'm not a new member, as I've been following this site and reading up on all the threads for months trying to get new ideas for my diet and exercise, but I'm new to this whole posting a thread thing.
Anyhow, I'm just looking for some motivation to continue on my diet and tone up a bit now that I've lost the weight and it probably isn't healthy for me to lose anymore.
