I've been lurking around for a bit and decided to finally sign up.
About me:
I'm 37 yrs old, 6', 222 lbs. I am an avid cyclist, though this year a lot of things got in the way. I'm not exactly new to fitness. I used to lift quite a bit as well as doing the cycling. Lately, I have had an issue with motivation and focus. I know that's something I have to fix for myself but so far reading the posts here has helped at least start a spark. My goal is to be be at 195 by mid-March. I have to get control of my eating. During the day, I'm ok. It's dinner time that I always seem to eat too much. I don't eat till I'm satisfied, I go beyond that. So I have to work on portion control. My diet isn't really bad but I know I could make it better.
I'm also currently battling sleep apnia and severe acid reflux. I know that both are related to being overweight so I'm hoping losing weight will help with those.
Anyway, that's me. As soon as I figure out how to tackle this, I'll post more.
