Hi! :waving:

I was looking for addionational info on getting healthy and stumbled upon this forum. Though it would be a good way to hold me accountable and learn some tricks and tips and maybe even share what I have learned so far.

So a little about me. My name is Justine, I am a 25 year old mother of 3. They are 8, 6, and 18 months. I started going to the gym on a regular basis on June 28th, 2011. I started small as I was pretty out of shape. Mainly walking and trying to build up my endurance.

My start weight was 191, I am down now to about 185. I have upped my water intake, and have been cutting things like junk food and pop out of my diet but I have not been going to extreme with the diet thing yet. I have added a protien supplement that I take twice a day to ensure I am getting proper amounts.

I have worked my way up from a walk to a light jog (4.5 mph) 30 minutes to an hour everyday with some strength training.

My goal weight is around 135, but also I love the way I feel when I workout, and I have noticed a lot more engery, a greater feeling of well being, and a just in general happiness since I started.
