Heeyy! I'm new here... Never used a forum of any kind in my life so bare with me if I am not doing it properly haha

Well basically here's my story.
Growing up I was always pretty average. Not
Fat but I of course thought I was. So I instead of taking the healthy route I took the whole "not eating" route and got skinny. Always thinking I wasn't skinny enough. I never was thAtt skinny but I sure looked a lot better then I do now anyways.... Then my boyfriend at the time noticed my unhealthy lifestyle and did something about it. Got me eating again. But he was skinny and could eat a whole buffet table and pretty much not gain weight but I would. So he's left me now. And here I am 196 lbs. Wishing to be back at my 130 lbs
. And instead of going about this in my old unhealthy ways I'm gonna try doing this the right way.
Any one have tips or just want to talk I'm down for that and would appreciate anything. Hah
