Hey My name is Becky i am a 24 year old married mommy to 3. My son just turned 4 in july My daughter will be 3 next month and my enwest will be 7 months on Monday. I am currently going to college to be a RN.

I am currently 235 i started a diet last week at 245 and have lost 10lbs i used to drink like 7 cans of soda a day no lie adn now i haev had none since last sunday.. i also cut out all fast food adn am only eating low fat or fat free foods.. my goal weight is 145 but am trying the 10lbs increments first.

Welcome... this site is great and very motivational. I am 25 and the mommy of 1, I want more babies, but first I need to get all of this weight off so i can be healthy enough to get pregnant... I started out at 265 on Sunday, so I'm also new to here. I am now down to 252. My goal is also 145, and it is a struggle, but I have also broken my weight down into 40 lb increments by certain dates, I have until March to get down to 215. I hope I'll do it faster though. Well, I wish you the best of luck, and it looks like you're doing great already. Always here for Support!!!

Hey Becky...Congrats on your new commitment and success in your first week! Just your decision to eliminate fast foods will take you far and save you a bunch of money as well.
