New guy here, hoping to make some personal improvements. Fortunately, I'm not in AWFUL shape as it is, but would certainly like to change the direction my weight is going.
At 5'10" and about 167 lbs, the immediate impression might be that I don't need to lose at all, but it's important to mention that I'm at about 25% body fat. That's all for another thread, though.
Either way, after several unsuccessful attempts at doing this by myself, I decided to go to the internet for a support community that might help me stick to the plan and actually reach my goal. Of course I'm also here to offer support to everyone else.
