Hey,

Just wanted to say hi and wondered if anyone else was in the low 200's range, or any really helpful diet/exercise tips, i just started excersizing, I'm trying to do an hour a day. If you've got any tips or would like to chat I'm up for it!

if you spend some time reading the stickied threads you'll get lots ofg helpful diet and exercise advice... it's worth the read..
 
i actually was at the lowest of the low 200s but recently graduated to the high 190s... lol

my goal is to get down to 140 what is yours???
 
well im on day two of the exercising, im just going to try and do an hour a day of excerice, eating better, it sucks because all my friends are skinny and i want cute little clothes too, the lowest i remember weighing was 145 and that was 4 years ago. How about you?
 
welcome ... just keep up the good work and before you know it you will be wearing those clothes too then the problem will be that you will have to keep buying them cause nothing fits ....
 
whoah! i didnt even notice you had replied...lol...

well i know exactly when i started gaining weight... it was in 7th grade... i experienced a major bout with depression... and from there i started gaining like crazy... i not sure exactly what i weighed before that though... anywhere between 120-140...

yeh... i have alot of skinny friends... but im wanting to change for me... im graduating and i want to feel confident as i start a new phase of my life!

oh have you started a diary or anything like that???
