I am new to all this, but I have finally realised that eating a healthy diet and going to the gym CAN make me feel GREAT!! Each and everytime I go to the gym I can tell I'm feeling better by the length of time I can stay on the machines!

my aim is to lose about 20-25 lbs, how long it's going to take me I have no Idea, but I hope to look better than I do now by graduation!! :willy_nilly:
