Well i'm a guy/20 years old and i weigh 243 pounds at the moment. I am sick and tired of being overweight, and just want to lose and keep it off. My lowest weight was 227 or so when I was on South Beach a few years ago, but gained it all back. I am setting my goal now for 210, or anything near that. Any tips so far? I do not want to do South BEach anymore because it is just too, too limiting. Hopefully this board will give me the motivation to make my goal,, and i wont get frustrated/cocky and stop losing, like in the past. A major problem for me is i want to work out in my house, but I only have a treadmill, a free weight or two and exercise ball. any leaning/toning workouts i can do with just those? how long should i go on the treadmill for and how fast/slow? any tips at all would be veryyyy helpfull. Thanks so much!!
