Hello everyone!
My name is Nicole, and I'm new here so go easy on me (jk)! I've struggled with weight ever since I was a child, and this looked like a great site for support.

I've looked through several threads, and let me just say that y'all are incredibly inspiring! Just to know that there are other people out there going through various stages of this same thing is very comforting! I wish you all the best of luck as you continue on your journeys! :)

Getting started often seems overwhelming, but when you take it one day at a time, you'll find that you really CAN do this :D
