Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to say hi - I just discovered this group this week and it is has already been very helpful in helping me to stay on track. I started a journal on Monday and have been updating it every day. I'm 6'2" trying to go from 194 to 165 on a Zone diet (delivered meals with weekends off) but haven't been very successful b/c every time I lose weight I seem to think it is ok to binge and I do on my favorite things - Nachos and Pizza Usually:p. Am also trying to get back in shape and have just picked up running (was never much of a runner and in fact was probably the worst one in my high school class!!) - but have been running/walking about 4 miles each time (in addition to all the walking I do every day living in Manhattan) and trying to give my body sufficient time to rest between workouts. Would love to hear from all of you and get to know you! Thanks for the support you've already given me in my diary!!!! :)
