Hey everyone saw this forum online and thought I would join. I'm a 23 year old male that currently weighs 208 and hopefully will make it between the 170-180 range. I once weighed 225 and with a lot of dedication with my diet and running I got down to 170. Well that changed quick I went off to college and gained 40 lbs in a year. Well I know that the first two weeks are always the toughest so I thought I would come on here and get some motivation.
