I would like to introduce myself. I'm Christina and I'm in my twenties. I have been trying to lose weight for some time now by doing different things.
I have never joined a forum before so I decided to do it now.

If you are looking for information regarding weight loss or exercise, i suggest you take a look at the stickies on the different sections of the forum.

If you are in need of specific information, feel free to make a question on the appropriate forum section, but make sure you provide us the relevant information so we can guide you better. You may also want to consider starting a diary, so other members can see what you are eating/doing and provide advice.

Finally, if you are in need of motivation/support or advice, i hope you can find them here.
