Hiya

Thought id pop an say hi since iv just joined.

I am a dancer so exercise with dance alot, but my body seems to have got used to it and it just maintains my level of fitness. I have been using the gym for about 4 years - have recently read about HIIT and started that yesterday. Love it - feels so good!

I have one concern, I know if you eat too little calories the body goes into starvation mode and stores everything etc

This is my current diet

Porridge Oats made with water = 98cals

Seared Tuna steak(100g)with handful salad and piece of granary roll= 296cals

Salmon or chicken breast, green beans, sprouts, broccolli granary roll= 330cals

Pure protein whey cooler shake = 80cals

my total calorie intake is = 804 calories. thats awfully low.

what kind of things can i add to bring it up to a level that my body doesnt think is starvation?!?!?!
