When I was 12 I use to weigh 60kg which was quite overweight for my height, so one holiday i decided to lose weight and from riding 40km a day on a exercise bike i lost 10kg in 2 weeks. Now I am 16 and at the start of my school holidays I have started my exercise program again. I started at 178cm tall or 5ft 10 inchs and at 84kg. For the fast 6 weeks I have ridden 60km or 37 miles, done 1000 push ups, 1000 sit ups, 2000 crunches, 1000 various assorted weight lifts which in total takes me approximately 4 hours everyday and tried to eat healthy and usually eating 1000-1600 calories a day. I now weight 75kg at the end of the holidays and intend on keeping my weight loss up. :)
