Hey All!

I found this board because a friend told me that in order to achieve success, you need to consistently network with others who are of like mind. Said it had something to do with the "mastermind principle" outlined by Napoleon Hill. Whether he's right or wrong, here I am.

My hope is that participation here will keep me on track as I've tried to lose that extra 30 lbs over the last few years and have not been able to keep it off regardless of what I do. The business of life tends to sabotage my workout plans and then general apathy sets in. Maybe participating here will curtail that tendency.
 
Hey Toby, welcome to the forum... have you considered starting a workout/diary journal? Many people find this to be helpful as they try to reach their goals.
