Hey, all!

Hi, I'm Casey, and I'm obviously a bit new here. I'm 23 years old, 5'11" and 175 lbs. While I'm not in terrible shape, I've noticed the beginning of a beer belly forming, and I have zero muscle definition. In addition, I'm a smoker who's failed to quit for more than 4 months at a time repeatedly, with horrible eating habits. I'm really looking to better my life by changing my health habits and gaining a bit more self confidence and comfort with my body.

So... nice to meet all of you, and I hope to learn a lot!
