Hey All

Hi,
i'm new here, have been going to the gym regularly and looking to really shape up and hopefully look good! am very much hoping to meet people wanting to do the same to push me along and to asnwer the millions of questions i have.

I try to get to the gym at least twice a week, started doing pilates, yoga & ballet works. Need some help doing a proper gym workout, maybe some tips on weight work , toning glutes/legs & abs.

Hi, it's good to see more people from the UK joining.

If you want tips on weight training there is a 'weight training 101' sticky thread within the women section that might be worth reading
 
Toning glutes/thighs & Abs

Thanks I will check the weight section. I have quite weak wrists and find it hard to use heavier weights. What could I do to strenghten my wrists.
