My name is Nathan and I am 26 living in the UK, Stoke-on-Trent and it is now time to try this weight loss again..... I have always been unlucky when it comes to weight and can put it on easy! I did used to be almost 21st in 2007 but have since improved my eating and exercise and managed to get down to around 19st. My last years resolution was to lose weight so I joined swimming about 3/4 times a week ate healthier and dropped from 19.5st to 16.5st and felt really good, I then met my current gf and got a bit distracted and stopped going. As you probably can guess i started to put weight back on and went back to almost 19st.
I have just come back from holiday and with the hot weather didnt eat much so dropped half a stone and got back motivated to try again. Any tips or advise is welcome, at the moment Ive joined swimming temporarily until this new gym opens and I am going 3/4 times a week and have cut Crisps, Chocolate, Bread, and fizzy drinks from my diet. I am drinking lots of green tea/water and eating lots of Salad, Veg, Fish at the moment.
