Hey All. New here and new to dieting and glad I found this place :)

So as of the beginning of May I was around 325-330 lbs at 24 years old and 6' 5". Decided that at the end of spring semester I was going to lose weight (need to lose about 120 lbs to be ideal weight) and got started. As of today I am around 285-290 lbs which I think is good progress. Been doing my own variation on low carb dieting and have had fairly consistent loss with only one real hiccup so far. Still having issues with portion size because honestly.....I am now never hungry so its hard to tell when I have overeaten or (more commonly) undereaten.

hey. welcome to the forum. congrats on the success so far. You should start a journal / diary to help keep track of your progress and goals. It will also allow others to see your success and help you become more successful.
