Hey everyone! I'm Kylie. I have been struggling with my weight for years, I am currently 22 years old. I currently weigh about 285lbs and am roughly 6' tall give or take an inch. According to the doctor the ideal weight for my height and bone structure is 180 - 200lbs.

Back in October I hurt my back and had surgery in early december, so for roughly 5 months I wasn't allowed to do anything, I just sat on my butt, so I gained A LOT of weight.

I need help. I have 0 willpower, and when im hungry I feel physically sick. I need motivation and people helping me every step of the way! I hope I can find that kind of help on here!

Besides I ride horses, and I really need to slim down for their sake! :banghead:

Is your back better? Are you able to exercises? Or a better question and an important one is did your doctor give you the O.K. to start exercising? If so, start out small, every little change you make goes far.

For example, start with your diet, something as little as replacing soda and fruit drinks with water. Doing one little change like that every other day will add up fast.

For exercise start by walking for 30 minutes every day. Then speed up the paste little by little.

Baby steps sounds kinda corny but little victories from little changes can really motivate you.

You have come to the rigth place for support.
