Hey everyone. I'm 18 years old, 5'11 and about 240 lbs. I started putting on weight right after my parents got divorced around 7 or so and its been with me since. I plan on dieting this summer and not stopping till its all off. I plan on doing the atkins diet because ive seen how well it works(i was at my max of 256 and did atkins for something like 3 weeks and was down to 228, then which i gave up because im a dumbass) and my doctor said its fine as long as I drink plenty of water. I would really like to be able to take my shirt off without feeling embarrased so i want to lose my stomach and man boobs. I hate working out so i dont plan on including it with my diet but i am willing to do any at home excercises to speed up the process of loosing the fat on my chest. Any excercises or ideas are appreciated, and does anyone know what the iron squeeze method is?

Also is there any supplement that will make me not as hungry, or make my body burn more fat? Without nasty sideeffects plz.
 
- cardio and resistance training
- track your calories. You need a deficit to lose weight.
- look at the stickies in the nutrition section.
