My goal is to lose 10-15 lbs by July because my family and I are going on a big summer vacation. I'm 15, 5'7 and 127 lbs. I'm doing track this spring, so that'll help a little. I don't 'diet' because eating only healthy things is my life. Right now I do low intensity/long session workouts (Bike for 40 min.) And also high intensity/short session workouts (Jogging) I also do about 500 sittups a day.
Last year I never ate breakfast, which screwed up my metabolism. I learned my lesson this year. Here's some of the things I eat durring the day....
*Breakfast- Bowl of Rice Cereal w/ Skim milk, fruit, Egg whites
*Lunch- Salad
*After School Snack- Apple, fruit, whole grain cereal
*WORKOUT
*Dinner- Whatever mom makes, I usually try to fill my plate with 1/2 of veggies, 1/4 meat, and 1/4 other. And of course, WATER
^^ My lunch is at 10:30, and I only get home at 3, so I need to start bringing like fruit to eat during the day ^^
Do you think it's better to workout after dinner or before?
How much weight do you think I can lose in about a month if I continue to do this? People say an average of 8 lbs a month (2 a week) Is that the same for everyone?
