Here's my two cents

So I just decided to throw my weight loss results up. All I did differently in my life is start running 3-4 times a week, and I stopped eating dairy.

Started at 242 [about]
Now at 182

Very, very tall. 6' 8", so 182 is rather small. Here we go with awkward photos!

Before, looking all kinds of bad

Amazing! I think you looked just fine at your previous weight since you were so tall to carry it, but you look great! Well done dude, great inspirer!

An amazing change man! Liking the hair :D

You say you stopped with the dairy though? Hmmm. Do you take any vitamins or supplements? Just curious :)

And wow - 6' 8''? That is tall for sure. You planning on doing some strength training now?

Hey guys, thanks a lot! It took about 5-6 months to go from my top weight to my bottom. I saw results in the first week or two, and I was very surprised by that.
As far as my diet, I gave up dairy from exactly when I started running. I have had a long held hypothesis that Americans, as a whole, intake far too much of it. Even in things like white bread, chicken, french fries, just weird places. I don't eat too much meat to begin with besides a great deal of fish. Not for health reasons, I just love fish! I take a multivitamin daily and I eat a cliff bar regularly [which may or may not contain traces of dairy]. I know not eating dairy is for everyone, but let me just say that I would have more trouble gaining weight now than I do losing it. Aside from that I never get stomach problems, which were chronic. I never feel much in the way of fatigue, I can think much more clearly. And I hardly crave any foods, period.
I still have vices, I eat oreos a great deal. They are, surprisingly, dairy-free. I drink diet pepsi in decent amounts.
As for running, I just run around my local park 45 minutes, every other day about.

So that's it in a nutshell. I didn't follow any diet plan or anything. Thanks, guys. Good luck!
