Inches are a good thing to drop. Just remember you can't lose fat in certain places. You lose it where you lose it. Just keep on doing what you are doing and you'll see a difference. Just remember we're here if you need us.

I'm with She47441; inches are a good thing to lose and a better way to measure your progress. Weight is somewhat subjective. You may not be losing any weight because you may be gaining muscle from working out.

Hang in there and keep working hard. You're on your way! :)

loubylou .... just stay consistent in your workouts and your diet. Losing inches is excellent, you're obviously doing something right. Don't worry about what the scale says, throw the darn thing away. Stay focused on your goals and you will continue to make progress. Great job thus far.

Thanks

Hi guys,
Thanks for your comments. Have been given advice on my other thread about the inch loss, so feeling pleased with myself. Will not bother looking anymore - I have been using a favourite pair of trousers as a measure! Couldn't get them past the thigh 6 weeks ago - now I can do them up but stil too tight to wear in public if you know what i mean?! Anyway that put a smile on my face :)

Will post up to date pics today - see if you can spot the difference!

Good to hear that you can put on your pants. Right there is a sign that you are doing something right.:)
