heres me...

Alright i need some advice. First off im 19 so still young...never been to a gym or anything that resembles one. In terms of working out, when I feel like lifting weight or running, then I do, but most of the days during the week I dont spend much time workin out. My question is do I look fit/toned in my pic for a 19/20 year old? What areas could I improve on...Im thinking of just seriously working on my arms cause im happy with my shoulders.
 
Looks to me that your arms and traps are lagging. How are the legs and back?

What is your overall goal?
 
I'd hit the pecs pretty hard if I were you, not because they're lagging but because they have a really good starting point for looking lean and mean later on.
 
Yeah, I think a little pec work (flat and incline bench, some dumbbell butterflies) and a little arm work (bicep curls tricep extensions) and you would be stopping traffic on the beach, lol! Seriously though, you look fine right now, but that's what I would recommend. And be careful of the beer, soda and fast food. It takes over the stomach quickly!
