Hi all! I'm a certified personal trainer and own my own training studio. I've helped many many people over the years lose weight, drop body fat, build lean muscle, increase energy, and most importantly feel good about themselves! I'd love to share some workouts that I do myself and with my clients. I try to make them fun, yet difficult, and at the same time doable for all fitness levels.
