Here's A Good Question

What if you screw up for like 4 days, of countless calories and eating till your stuffed, you want to resume your plan and not keep altering it. you have a set weight you want to attain in a sane amount of time. is it ok to reduce your calories to the extreme of say 1000 min. and excersize more to reach this goal? or should you not cut around the mistakes you made in those days and just live with the consequences-and risk further bruising your motivation.
i'm confused here--please help with personal experience!

Perhaps a combination of both. I have one or two days a week where I consume hardly 1000 calories. Then other days when I am more active, I consume more. Just save calories when you can, nothing too extreme, without gorging or starving for long periods.

I dont go beyond 1300 calories a day. I usually have 1200, and i calculate what i have had before my main meal so i dont go overboard. That and weightlifting 3 times a week and some cardio, losing 3.5lb a week.

That is a great question!
How should you bounce back with out making your situation worse?
MUST HAVE MORE INFO!!!:p
