AAll I eat now is chicken and vegetables. Occasional beef.. But I use to drink a lot of coffee and pop. And I do have problems with portion control, but my husband helps Witt hat since he's the cook, I just want to do this because a lot of people say it makes them feel better after doing this , like headaches and energy, I want to try even if it's for a week something to help me with cravings , thatsmy biggest problem, when I want something I get it.. And if I do t get it Im miserable.
