Weight loss and exercise, what a great combination.
Yep, another study that says more of the same.
Another study by the Journal of American Medical
Association (JAMA) concludes that significant weight loss
and improved cardiorespiratory fitness were achieved through a
combination of exercise and diet during a 12 month research study.
Okay, so it's certainly not a new concept, but I does point to
the fact that exercise and watching what one eats are two very
important things to do. I didn't say easy, but important.
