Here we go again!

Hi all,
I am new to this forum. I have been on the Atkins forum (ADBB) before and really found it effective. I am not doing Atkins this time around though, and knew I couldn't really go there for the support :eek:

So anyway, here I am. I don't have a plan yet, except that every morning I *think* I have a new plan but by lunch time it all goes to hell. I've been on WW, Atkins, used to run a lot, so I'm familiar with lots of methods, I just can't seem to stick to any of them at the moment. Now I'm just wasting away, gaining a little bit more every week.

I'll be poking around here trying to find my way (boy, that's a loaded statement!) I'm looking forward to being inspired!

I know what you are going through. I have tried myriads of pills, plans, and potions. On July 15, I found something that was effective for me. I have lost 35 pounds since.

There is a system of some sort that will work for you. Look for your weaknesses and find something that will help mitigate those weeknesses. If you like a lot of junk food, throw it all out and buy some healthy, and maybe not-so-healthy, snacks. If you are addicted to apple pie, make a decision to throw it out. Don't even go down by the apples in the grocery store until you know that you know you have apple pies taken care of.

Look for what is for you that will address your weaknesses and move forward and get ready to attack.
