I was on a roll with getting in shape, losing weight UNTILLLLL I found out I was preg. The pregnancy turned out to be an ectopic and it took almost a full 5 months of dealing with this and then finally surgery in Dec. So Now I am ready to get back and will be medically released on the 18th of Jan. I have already set up my personal training sessions and have a plan on how we are going to attack this again. I am so excited to get going again and get this weight off for good.
The plan is weight lifting 3 days a week 1 hour each time with my trainer (we also do P90X stuff, rock body, warrior women that is cross training between cardio and weights). The other 3 days is boxing and kickboxing. So since I am ramping up to get ready to kick ass I thought I would do my before and inbetween.

In Sept. before it got cold at 215#'s
I weigh 219 right now.
