Here to help... (I'm new)

Hello,

I'm a personal trainer and teacher of boxing and spinning. It's my passion to help others, so, I am here to help.

I am also here to learn. Sometimes, I don't fully understand what motivates people, and how they keep motivation going. (Especially past a New Years Resolution). I'm hoping to get involved here, and maybe even send some of my clients to this forum. :)

Heya , welcome to the WLF forums. We have a few other PTs and im training to be one myself. Make sure you read the rules before posting (ie no spamming, or getting ppl to email you right off the bat), and have a look at other peoples diaries :)

Hi AmyHoney, Im new to this site aswell and really hoping to get some tips on weight loss! I am committed to losing about 20lbs and would love some advice on my current exercise plan (started last week) which is as follows: Tuesday night - Pilates, Wednesday - Spinning class and Friday - bootcamp. I may try to fit in another bootcamp session on thursdy nights some weeks (work schedule permitting). Along with trying to eat as well as I can, do you think that this is a suitable plan?

Heya,
Whilst we welcome new PT's its generally not always a good idea to ask them advice until they have been around a while and we know for a fact they are. For all we know, its possibly somebody come to spam (which happens a lot).
Try asking advice in the 'Advanced' area or in a new thread :)
