Hi, since you offered....this may sound like a stupid question or not...

I haven't done leg workouts because I assumed that my walking and running was enough of a workout for my legs. But someone told me that walking and running do not work the same muscles as a leg workout would so I still need to do them. Here comes the question(s)...is that true? Would it be harmful to do a run or hike right after working legs? I always do one of those right after working out. Thanks.

Running, walking etc is NOT the same as resistance exercises. Do leg work. And it doesn't matter if you do it on the same day.

Thank you. I did legs today. And yep, definitely different muscles especially when I used the resistance bands to do the side steps.
