Here she goes again

Hey there everyone

I'm a bit of a beginner at fitness. I took eleven years of ballet, but since it was only a small studio in a very small town, having a ballerina body was not expected of any of us students. I took jujitsu for about a year and a half, and I used to run in the mornings.

Then I went to college and fell off the band-wagon. Thankfully, the campus is expansive enough that I do a fair amount of walking each day during school. That helps keep me somewhat slim during the semesters.

Now, however, I'm home for the summer. Between working as a secretary (I've realized there are only so many moves you can do while sitting), and trying to make time for family, friends, and my boyfriend, I've been very lax on any form of exercise, and I'm reaping the consequences.

I'm really hoping to get back into some....any...type of of workout regime and healthier eating habits. And since I'm a bit of a procrastinator and the queen of making excuses, I thought I should join this forum. Hopefully it'll help keep me on track.
