I am bound and determined to make it stick, or rather unstick, this time. I'm Steve 36/m currently 263 lbs.... started at 272 2 weeks ago. In Jan. 05 I weighed 265, started eating right and working out and by July was down to 211. Then...here comes all the excuses.....well nevermind the excuses, things happened, I got away from my routine and 2 1/2 yrs later, succeeded in surpassing my overall heaviest weight. Joining a gym really isn't a possibility right now, so I'm just going back to what I started doing 3 yrs ago, which was strictly monitoring my caloric intake and walking about 3 miles a day. Just wanted to introduce myself, get my ticker going and of course vent my frustration that I went up to 92 lbs over my goal when I was within 31...booooo. But hey, I know it can be done, I just have to do it.
