Here I am......again

ASo here I am yet again. I am not new here, I am a recurring failure however I will try yet again and if I don't do it this time I probably never will.

For the first time in my life I am happy and finally settled in a place I can call home. The past 6months have been a right upheaval and i've put on 1stone since Jan. I now weigh around 18stone 2lbs.

I can do this...I have done it before when I was able to plan and organise everyday what I was going to eat and what exercise I would do. I am now finally in a place where I can make this happen again.

So I have already organised my lunch and dinner and snacks for tomorro all laid out in the fridge ready to take to work tomorro and I will go to the gym after work tomorro night.

Looking forward to day one tomorrow :)

Delighted to know you are at a happy place in your life, i know you a rough time back a few months ago and found it so difficult to eat healthy.


I know you have it in you to get to your goal, never stop trying:):)

Hey chicken how's it going. Thanks for the great welcome back :) made me smile. I haven't had the chance to check out ur diary yet there's loads to catch up on lol!

ADay one
Omg so I put on my work trousers today after a wk off work and they are tiiggghhht I can't breath can't wait to get home and put my joggies on. I'll have that indentation from my waistband on my stomach for like a month.

So today I ate
Breakfast - 30g frosties
Snack - banana
Lunch - homemade tuna salad
Snack - activia yogurt
Dinner - haven't had it yet but I will have one pork chop with veg and rice
Snack - again haven't had it yet but I will have 5 strawberries.

I have also just been to the gym had a 30min work out on the treadmill following wk one of the c25k programme burning 222kcal

Pretty good first day if I don't say so myself. Hungry tho. I have an Apple which I'll eat in 5mins when I walk home from train station :)

Thanks Irish I am pleased with my first day. Although I had two pork chops instead of one but I was hungry and don't think it will do any harm xx

Feeling fandabby today :)

Breakfast - 30g frosties
Snack - banana
Lunch - homemade tuna salad
Snack - activia yogurt
Dinner - salmon veg and potatoes
Snack - Apple

Exercise - went to the gym and followed wk one of c25k programme

Feeling good. A lot less bloated although was a little tired this afternoon but I guess that's cos I had to get up during the night to pee from all the water I'm now drinking lol

AHey hey hey day three and things are still going well.

Breakfast - 30g frosties
Snack - none
Lunch - chicken salad (homemade) and banana

The stupidist thing happened today. I was on the train to work and put my gym bag on my lap with my lunch bag on top then when I got off the train the tub my salad was in...the sauce from the chili beans had ran all out the tub through the bag over my top and trousers...it was horrible I'm at work stinking of chili and spring onions lol!

My afternoon snack is an activia yogurt and my dinner is fajitas and my evening snack is an apple. I will go to the gym again and also do more treadmill work with the c25k.

I am stuffed after my lunch today I should be thankful it wasn't tuna salad day or I'd stink of fish all day ewwww

***update***
Just finished my work out. More treadmill work with still the 1st wk of c25k programme. Didn't feel as tired between my intervals as I had been at the beginning of the week. Tomorrow will start on wk 2 and see how it goes.

Oh and I have not smoked today :) and not even craving one :)
Life is good today people :)
 
ADay 4

Things going well again today although I did find it hard. As soon as I woke today I felt real tired and decided straight away that I was not going to the gym. I felt a bit anxious this morning and really wanted to eat and eat and eat but then I read trusylvers diary and she's hardcore and it motivated me to stay on track although still didn't go to the gym but we all need a day off right?

Breakfast - 30g frosties
Snack - banana
Lunch - ckn salad homemade
Snack - activia yogurt
Dinner will be fish with oven chips and peas

I have drank loads of diet juice today and no water but I was just sooooo thirsty today **note to self** no diet fizzy juice tomorro

**update** I've caved. I was sooooo hungry prior to dinner I had a bag of transformer crisps, a chunky kitkat AND a two finger kitkat the big heffer I am although I have eaten waaayyy more than that in a sitting before I didn't finish my plate at dinner...which is rare even if I always always always clear my plate but tonight I did not cos I feel sick.
 
Your doing great lovely, dont be worring that you had a little mini binge, i did the same last night...ooooooops.
