Herbalife Programme

I've been on a herbalife programme for 5 days and I lost 8 lbs so far. I'm just wondering, is this just water I lost? Coz my sister said the most reasonable amount I can lose is 1-2 lbs a week! And she told me that her boss went on a herbalife programme and lost a lot at first, but later on she went on a weight loss plateau, like she stopped losing weight even if she's still trying her best on the programme..


Any one who has been on herbalife? Please help! I really like the programme coz I feel like it'll work for me, coz I lost 8 lbs so far, so please let me know if it really is effective coz I dont want to waste more time doing it if it's not! Thanks!
 
you always lose a lot the first week some times its jsut water weight other times its noobie gains
 
8lbs in 5 days is most likely water weight - your sister is right, 1 - 2lbs a week is a good weight loss, and a maintainable one. I don't know anything about herbalife so, won't comment specifically but, it sounds 'faddy'.

ZAKIA, if all you can say as a distributor is that its great, that isn't very encouraging. Perhaps you could say something about what it is and how it works to help with healthy weight loss?
 
I've been on herbalife, if you followed the same plan has me the only beef i have with it is the amount of calories they ask you to consume, 1200, which is WAY to low for most men and some women.
 
Weight loss it various person to person. Stick to the plan; eat healthy, drink at least 8 glasses of water and exercise. I myself didn’t lose a lot of weight at first but since then I have gone down in 3 dress sizes feel great and look great.
