Helping new mums...

Hi everyone....

Id like to just run something by you all and see what you think. Ive worked out all my life and love it. Ive recently been helping a few of the new mums at the gym with their workouts to provide a bit of motivation and a few ideaas to make things interesting for them. They all say they love it and Im a big help, if anything just so they get as much out of the little spare time they have. However, as theyre all friends of mine, albeit from the gym, and may well just saying it to be polite, I was wondering if women thought this was a good idea and would be the sort of help they would be willing to pay for. Not a lot obviously, just a bit of pocket money for me as I'll be able to fit in around you.

Any ideas?

Jay

to be honest, it's good to help your friends, but outside of that, you need to be certified to get paid for it. It's a bad idea to be giving advice without any real education to it, even if you've been a gym rat for 20 years.
