Helpful Dieting???

Help! I've never tried to go on a diet. I just started working out 4 weeks ago and having a hard time trying to figure out what good and bad to eat or working the percentages of protein, carbs and fats into the whole equation.
I'm 5'3 121lbs my body fat is 23.7% & my RMR is 1300. I workout 6 days a week 45-50 min cardio and 3 days I do weights muscle toning. I’m not sure where to start. Does anyone have a website or something I can go off of?
